I know many people in the world and in my life that struggle with self love which hinders how they go about their lives. I'm even working on my own self love to heal from past trauma. Self love is a very powerful thing because it can empower your and help you heal from past grievances. I want viewers to look at my piece and see that they can love themselves as well as make themselves better. Self Love should be something everyone can achieve even if it starts small like smiling at yourself in the mirror.
